Dozenti grows step by step – and in the order that the test phase shows to be the right one. So what you find here are plans, not dates: a plan is not a promise. As of September 2026.
Done
The editor
Running at editor.dozenti.de: build sheets to the millimetre, save them, print them and keep them as PDFs – with alignment guides, groups, layers, several pages and formats, templates and a freely laid-out header and footer.
Worksheet blocks
More than twenty blocks, from a task with a marks box to a crossword, plus header, footer and your own templates.
AI assistance
A whole sheet from a short brief, tasks added, rewritten or changed in the chat. Whatever the AI suggests stays dashed on the sheet until you take it. Behind it are models of our own, trained for worksheets on the basis of open language models and run in the EU – your sheets are never used as training material.
Differentiation
The same sheet made easier or more demanding, up to three levels: every task is rewritten on its own, marks and numbers stay those of the original. Arithmetic sets even change their level without AI.
Solutions
The solutions workshop collects what every task expects, with marks and graded hints. From that the editor prints an answer sheet, a marking overlay, a marking scheme with grade boundaries, and solution and hint cards – and, if you like, a solutions page behind a QR code.
Bringing in existing material
Word and LibreOffice files, PDFs and photos of printed pages become blocks you can edit: tasks, gaps, tables, pictures, header and footer. Whatever was read with doubt carries a “Check” mark.
Open material
Open material from ZUM and OERSI, only under CC0, CC BY or CC BY-SA, pre-sorted and rated by the AI. You find it in the editor under “Open material” – as a copy of your own, with the source and licence that the editor states itself.
Dozenti Library
Running at library.dozenti.de: search open material and published sheets, filter by subject, level and curriculum (Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia first), series, favourites and collections, feedback, comments and a community for questions. Viewing and printing work without an account.
Dozenti Scan in the browser
At scan.dozenti.de the phone photographs pages, finds the sheet, straightens and brightens it – offline too. The result goes to the phone as a PDF or into the editor as a sheet you can edit.
Phone, tablet and offline
The editor adapts to any screen size, can be installed as an app and works without a connection. Changes are made on the device and synced once there is a connection again – and if a sheet was changed twice, you decide.
Accessibility
Braille export, a vision check before printing, easy-to-read typefaces – and an editor that works without a mouse.
One account for everything
You sign in on dozenti.de, once for the editor, the Library and Scan – with email and password or with your Google or Microsoft account. Signing in with Apple is being prepared.
In progress
Test phase with teachers
A small group is working with Dozenti in their everyday teaching. What they tell us decides the order of everything that follows. Registration is still closed for now; access is given on request.
Dozenti Scan as an Android app
The same interface as in the browser, but with the phone's full camera. The app is in internal testing on Google Play and not publicly available yet.
Collecting pupils' work
Scan already collects work as a class set: names stay encrypted on the phone, and only a number and pages with a blanked-out name field are uploaded. We are testing how well our model reads handwriting and suggests marks – nothing is marked with it yet.

The marking help: compare collected work task by task with the marking scheme, suggest marks – always as a suggestion, the teacher decides – and show where the class got stuck.
Reporting and review in the Library
A settled way to raise copyright and quality concerns, with a deadline for the author. Today “Report a problem” leads to the contact form.
Open to everyone
Once the test phase holds up, registration is meant to open. What Dozenti will cost after that has not been decided.
