Hosting and server logs
This website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in a data centre in Germany. Hetzner processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).
Every time a page is called up, the server logs technically necessary details: IP address, time, the address called up, the amount of data transferred, the status code and the browser and operating system. We need these logs to keep the site running and to fend off attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are deleted automatically as soon as they are no longer needed for that.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and embeds no analytics, advertising or social media services. Fonts and pictures come from our own server; nothing is fetched from third parties.
Contact form and email
If you write to us through the form, we process your email address, your message and – if you give it – your name in order to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The message is not stored in a database; it is sent as an email to our mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf (processor). We delete it there as soon as your enquiry is settled. The same applies if you write to us by email directly.
Before the message goes off, your browser solves a small computing task (ALTCHA) that slows spam programs down. Both the task and the check come from our own server – without cookies, without tracking and without a third-party provider.
The editor
A privacy policy of its own applies to working in the editor and is linked there. It describes what happens to your account and your worksheets.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). An email to us is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf.
Changes
If this website changes, we adapt this statement. The version published here is the one that applies.
