Trying Dozenti out with your colleagues.

Would you like to try Dozenti with several teachers? During the test phase we set the accounts up for you. What applies today in terms of data protection, and what is still to come, is written out here.

What applies today

  • Servers in Germany

Dozenti runs at Hetzner in a German data centre. There is a data processing agreement with the host.

  • No tracking

No advertising, no analytics tools, only technically necessary cookies. This website even gets by without cookies altogether.

  • No pupil data needed

A worksheet needs no names and no marks. What is stored is the teacher's name and email address, and their sheets.

  • Content stays private

Sheets are visible to your own account only. We do not analyse them and do not train models with them.

The details are in our privacy policy.

What is still to come

  • Data processing agreement for schools

An agreement under Art. 28 GDPR between the school and us is in preparation. It is not needed for a trial with individual teachers, because no pupil data is processed.

  • School licence

An account model for a whole staff with a single invoice to the school authority is planned, but cannot be booked yet.

  • Shared sheets

Sharing templates within a department and working on them together is on the roadmap. Today every teacher works in their own account.
